I originally created ‘Casa Casa’ to market my experiments in Property Management Services, offering Home and Property Cleaning Services and Laundry Services at first place, then Vacation Rentals and Consulting services afterwards.
Since June 2013, I have been mainly focusing full-time on my Property Management Vacation Business, through my Company ‘Casa Casa Property Services‘. Beside LBVF ‘Lagos Bay View Flat’, I manage several other Vacation Properties in Lagos:

Simao the attendent who issued us the keys was excellent. He was very knowledgable of the area. Made some recommedations as to food venues and areas to visit in the Lagos. The flat was clean and well equipped. The view was amazing as you are postioned on the top floor of a 7th floor flat. There are two lifts which transport you up and down-clean and available always. There were supermarkets within easy reach of the apartment so you can cook if you want to.

The owner Simao was very helpful and kind. He suggested places to see and eat. We tired a couple of his recommendations, Tasca Jota and tired the ceviche was delicious! Who knew ceviche and hummus went together! The apartment was clean and close to the city center.
